《天津市人民政府中国足球彩票废止部分规章的决定》已于2024年12月26日经市人民政府第65次常务会议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。

Decision?of Tianjin Municipality People's?Government on Repealing Certain Administrative Rules,?adopted at the 65th?executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government on December 26, 2024, and is hereby promulgated and and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of Tianjin Municipality People’s Government on Repealing Certain Administrative Rules

?

为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，推进严格规范公正文明执法，优化法治化营商环境，市人民政府对现行有效的规章进行了清理，决定对《天津市收购废旧金属和信托寄卖业治安管理办法》和《天津市建设工程监理管理规定》2部规章予以废止。

For the purposes of implementing the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council，promoting strict, standardized, impartial, and civilized law enforcement, optimizing the business environment under the rule of law, the?Municipal People's Government has cleaned up the currently valid?rules.?It has decided to repeal the Measures of Tianjin Municipality for Public Security Administration of Business of Scrap Metals Purchase and Commission Sales?and the?Provisions of Tianjin Municipality on?the Administration of Construction Project Supervision.

本决定自公布之日起施行。

This Decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
